Amy, also known as The Unbound Mama, is a yoga teacher with a heartfelt passion for creating spaces where people can move, breathe, and genuinely connect—both with themselves and with one another. Her classes blend mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and a warm sense of community, inviting students of all levels to slow down, tune in, and feel supported.
She loves honoring the rhythms of the seasons and regularly leads special events that celebrate the natural shifts throughout the year. Collaboration is at the heart of her work as well. Amy partners with Nicole to offer unique sessions that blend Qigong and yoga, creating a gentle fusion of grounded energy and mindful movement. She also works alongside Carly, combining restorative yoga with soothing sound baths to offer deeply calming, restorative experiences.
Amy is the creator behind The Unbound Mama, a platform dedicated to empowerment, reflection, and mindful living. Carly — Sound Bath Practitioner & Restorative Wellness Guide
Originally from Liverpool, England, Carly recently made DeFuniak Springs her new home in June 2025, joining her husband and step-children and beginning a fresh chapter rooted in family, community, and her passion for wellness. With 17 years of experience in massage therapy and over six years running her successful Liverpool wellness business, Flourish Wellbeing, Carly brings a depth of skill, care, and professionalism to everything she offers.
Carly specializes in calm, relaxation-focused sound baths designed to help people unwind, release tension, and settle into a state of ease. Her group sessions gently blend sound, simple breathwork, and guided relaxation to support a sense of comfort and quiet. For those seeking a more personalized experience, she offers one-on-one restorative sessions that include a private sound bath and optional chakra-balancing focusing simply on helping clients feel grounded and deeply relaxed.
Carly also hosts wellbeing weekend retreats and is the author of two published books, A Guided Journey to Manifesting the Life of Your Dreams and 5 Minute Meditations, both available on Amazon and in person through Carly.
